Terms and Conditions
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days.
Please allow for 14 working days following the dispatch of your order before contacting us due to delays with the coronavirus.
Cancellations, returns & refunds:
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the consumer contracts regulations.
Your right to cancel an order starts the day you place your order for 14 days.
You would need to contact us via message before the cancellation period has expired your wish to cancel the order.
If you have the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take care of them and you must send the goods back to us at your own cost as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge of the item if it is returned not in original state.
Once we have received the goods back and checked the state a refund will be processed within 14 days.
You lose the right to cancel an order if you have changed the original quality of the goods (e.g. unwrapped a bomb due to hygiene reasons).
If an item has arrived to you and it was damaged in transit then there is a guide we have to follow.
You must send the items back to us second class signed for royal mail, once we have received the items we will refund your postage costs for this.
We can either then refund your order or resend your order free of charge, the choice is to be made at your discretion.
You must make us aware of any damaged items within 14 days of receiving your order as per tracking date shows, after this we will not be able to do anything.
Please note - if you refuse to return the items we can not refund or resend anything.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.
